NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wahluke School District No. 73, Grant and Yakima Counties, Washington (the “District”) will hold a Special Board Meeting on July 27, 2024, commencing at 9:00 AM or as soon thereafter as possible, the Administration Office building, located at 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349. To ensure compliance with the Open Public Meetings Act(Chapter 42.30 RCW), the Board will treat the meeting on July 27, 2024 as a special meeting, and provide notice of the Special Meeting as required by law. The Special Meeting is called for the purpose of considering and acting upon the following items:
Consent Agenda, Out of State travel, WHS ASB clubs, Athletics, Resolution 03-2024, Ratification of PSE agreement and carrying out other purposes authorized by RCW 28A.530.080.

Por la presente se AVISO que la Junta Directiva (la “Junta”) del Distrito Escolar No. 73 de Wahluke, condados de Grant y Yakima, Washington (el “Distrito”) celebrará una reunión especial de la Junta el 27 de julio de 2024, a partir de las 9 :00 a.m. o tan pronto como sea posible, en el edificio de la Oficina de Administración, ubicado en 411 E. Saddle Mountain Dr., Mattawa, WA 99349. Para garantizar el cumplimiento de la Ley de Reuniones Públicas Abiertas (Capítulo 42.30 RCW), la Junta tratará la reunirse el 27 de julio de 2024 como una reunión especial y notificar la Asamblea Especial según lo exige la ley. Se convoca a la Asamblea Extraordinaria con el propósito de considerar y resolver los siguientes puntos:
Agenda de Consentimiento, viajes fuera del Estado, clubes WHS ASB, Atletismo, Resolución 03-2024, Ratificación del acuerdo PSE y realización de otros propósitos autorizados por RCW 28A.530.080.
