Veterans Day, observed annually on November 11, is a tribute to military veterans who have served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Our schools hosted assemblies with special ceremonies. Ceremonies included the retirement of a flag, honoring Veteran and Active Staff, and WHS Alumni. Betty Palmer and the Washington State Fallen Heroes Project also were able to showcase Fallen Hero Banners across our campus. Students also showed their gratitude by creating artwork and signing during assemblies.
