We are excited to combine our Winter Concert with Family Reading Night for a fun and festive evening! Families may attend the concert and then join Reading Night activities—or start at Reading Night and attend their student’s concert time.

📚 Scholastic Book Fair – December 15–18
The Book Fair will be open daily from 8:00 AM–3:00 PM, as well as during the Winter Concert & Family Reading Night. This is a great opportunity for students to explore new books and for families to shop for holiday gifts!

Dear SME Families,
Thank you for your support as we implement our updated student pick-up and drop-off procedures. Your cooperation has helped keep our campus safer and more efficient. As we continue improving the process, we want to share a few important reminders:
Please use designated crosswalks and sidewalks.
For your safety and the safety of all students, we ask that families avoid walking through traffic areas. Using the crosswalks ensures drivers can clearly see pedestrians.
Remind students to follow basic walking safety.
If your child walks home, please remind them to stay on sidewalks, look both ways before crossing, avoid distractions like phones, and walk with friends when possible.
Keep pulling forward in the pick-up lane.
To keep traffic moving efficiently and ensure student safety, drivers must stay in their vehicles and pull all the way forward as space becomes available. This helps reduce backups and allows for a smoother dismissal process.
We appreciate your continued partnership in keeping our students safe. If you have any questions or feedback, feel free to reach out.
