The current two-year Maintenance and Operations (EPO&O) levy expires at the end of 2022 and needs to be renewed. Voters will have the opportunity to continue supporting the exceptional programs and services funded by the previous levy on the February 8th ballot through a renewal levy. The EP&O levy supports a wide variety of fundamental programs and services. About 4.7% of the school district’s total funds to educate students come from the local levy. Levy dollars allow the School District to bridge the gap between funding provided by the state and the cost of meeting the educational expectations of our community. Our local levy ensures our students continue to receive a quality education in a safe and supportive environment.
