Student Schedule for Wednesday, October 20th, and Thursday, October 21st will be as follows:
Elementary Students (K-5th grade):
11:30 AM -12:15 PM – Student Lunch
12:15 PM - 3:00 PM – Student Day
3:00 PM - 3:15 PM – Student Dismissal
3:45 PM - 7:15PM – Parent-Teacher Conference Time
Secondary Students (6th -12th grade) will be:
11:15 AM - 12:00 PM – Student Lunch
12:00 PM - 2:45 PM – Student Day
2:45 PM - 3:00 PM – Student Dismissal
3:30 PM - 7:00 PM – Parent-Teacher Conferences

7:30 AM -11:00 AM – Parent-Teacher Conferences
11:30 AM - 12:15 PM – Student Lunch

Note: Pre-School Students will not be on campus during conference days.
Each parent/guardian will receive an in-person conference unless the parent requests a virtual option.

COVID Safety Procedures & Protocols for In-Person Conferences:
– All district & building protocols will be followed
- Upon arrival to the building and prior to attending their students conference, all parents/guardians will complete the following:
Sign-in
--Daily Attestation
--Temperature check
- If a student is out on COVID protocols, parent/guardian must request and attend a virtual conference
– Limit to 2 parents/guardians + student
- If additional family members attend, they will be required to remain outside the classroom.
